The Green and Orange Shirt Umpiring programs will continue this season and all the information can be found on the Busselton Hockey Website www.busseltonhockey.org.au under the ‘ABOUT’ tab and then click on Umpiring (they are both the same in case you are wondering).

 

The Green Shirt Program will start at the commencement of the J3-5 games. 

Once the fixtures are out and the allocation of fields to the Clubs has been finalised, clubs will then know what time and which fields they will be mentoring the interested junior umpires. 

Junior Umpires who are interested in commencing with the Green Shirt Program need to contact their clubs umpiring coordinator.  Your club will organise a mentor for these J3-5 games.

 

Juniors who have completed the Green Shirt Program and wish to advance to the next program and Seniors interested in umpiring need to send Kylie Witten a text on 0427 272 148 before the June long weekend indicating their interest so that a roster can be made for the umpiring of the J6-8 games.

Clubs will need to provide umpires for these J6-8 games at the start of the season until the roster is finalised and posted. 

 

Clubs will also need to provide umpires for the J9-12 and senior games as in previous seasons.

Umpires who are interested in umpiring for payment this season are asked to contact Kylie Witten on 0427 272 148  so that an Umpiring Contact List can be compiled and sent to all clubs.

 

Kylie will be at the stadium on Saturday mornings and happy to answer any further questions.
