AN ADVENTURE AWAITS!
Launched in 2004 with a bold vision, the Under 15 New Zealand Tour began as a passionate initiative by dedicated parents and coaches committed to supporting their players’ rugby development. Over the past 21 years, it has grown into a proud tradition of the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Club and a cornerstone of our Junior Dolphins program.
The Rite of Passage Tour is far more than a rugby trip, it’s a year-long journey that builds character, community spirit, and lifelong friendships. It challenges our boys to step up, contribute, and grow, leading to an unforgettable 10-days away during the June school holidays. For many, it’s their first time travelling without family, sparking a sense of independence and adventure they carry into the next chapter of their lives.
Through this shared experience of hard work, connection and pride in representing their club, players deepen their love for the game, their teammates, and their community. Many look back on it as a defining moment in their journey, both on and off the field.
