Sporty is a 'freemium' service for Australian schools and sports organisations. This means that schools, sports associations and clubs can start with a free website and other powerful functionality including online registrations, member management and online payments without charge, but which may display advertising from our sponsors and partners.

Then when you're ready to take your school or sports organisation to the next level, you can subscribe with an annual license fee. This removes our advertising and increases the features and functionality of Sporty to meet many other needs. At the top tier, Gold, our graphic designers will use your logo, branding and style guidelines to craft a fully customised website for you that really has the 'wow' factor.

eNewsletters

Easily create and send group email eNewsletters to your community. 

Intranet / members only area

This feature lets you set some of your website pages to be visible only to people who have a password. Restrict content to whoever you want. You can build an entire site with text, images and documents hidden from the public that is for your internal use only.

Searchable directory

If enabled, this lets you display a searchable directory with up to two search criteria (eg 'Suburb' and 'Sport'). Your website visitors can use these filters to return directory results relevant to them. You can display an input form and let people add themselves to your directory if you wish. Otherwise you can simply login to manage the directory database yourself. 

SuperForms database

SuperForms are unique web input forms developed for sports associations, centres and governing bodies. Web and email addresses

You can set URL forwarding of your own www address to your Sporty website without charge from us if you wish. Alternatively, if you prefer your visitors to always see your web address in their browser, we can manage your DNS settings and provide your web address and email forwarders.

Online registration forms & member management

Display a web input form to let people register online. Use the simple FormBuilder tool to add fields relevant to you. When people register, their record is automatically added to your online member database. Export all records to Excel with just one click. Your first 2 forms/databases are FREE.

Online payments

Accept payments via credit card or direct debit. Let people pay for fees or merchandise online. No hidden charges. Flat 4.675% of transaction value (volume price breaks available).

Xero/MYOB integration

Once you have enabled your organisation to accept online payments using Sport$pay you can integrate with Xero/MYOB accounting software.

1. You can set your online registration forms to automatically create a customer contact in Xero/MYOB for each person that registers, and;
2. You can enable a draft invoice to be automatically raised in Xero/MYOB each time someone makes an online payment through Sport$pay.​​​​​​​

Customized Mobile App

Option 1: Free - People would go to the app store and download the ‘Sporty AU’ mobile app, then set the app to your organisation. They only need to do this once and it will then automatically display your logo, colours and content from your Sporty website from then onwards. Note that the free app displays a small Sporty advert at the bottom of each screen. The app icon on your mobile home screen is the Sporty logo. You can configure the app settings yourself from within your Sporty website, or we can do it for you if you prefer.

Option 2: Premium - Same as above, but the Sporty advert is removed from the bottom of each screen.

Option 3: Fully customised - People would go to the app store and search for your organisation name. They would download your mobile app. It would automatically install with your logo, colours and content from your Sporty website. There is no Sporty advertising and the app icon on your mobile home screen is your own logo. This requires us to build a custom version of the app just for you, then submit it to the Apple Store and Google Play for you.
